This coming Sunday, the eighth and final season of Game of Thrones will premiere. Coming along with that premiere will be the inevitable deaths of many of your favorite characters, including one or more of the Stark children you see above this paragraph.
To help prepare you for either the gleeful joy or horrifying despair of watching all the incoming kills, Google is offering up some Drogon-sized discounts on Game of Thrones-related media over at the Google Play Store.
The discounts all go live at different times and last for different lengths, so consult our handy list below to suss it all out:
- April 10 — April 17: Take 30 percent off the popular mobile game Reigns: Game of Thrones. It’s like Tinder, but set in a fantasy land where characters sometimes lie about their true motivations (so, really, just like Tinder). The list price for Reigns: Game of Thrones is usually $3.99, so it will only cost you $2.79 starting on April 10.
- April 12 — April 15: Dive into the books that started it all with a whopping 70 percent off the first book in the A Song of Ice & Fire series, which is appropriately titled A Game of Thrones. Usually $6.99, you can grab it for only $2.10 during this promotion (if you need to learn to read first, there’s a little girl locked away in a tower who can teach you).
- April 9 — April 18: If you’re like Jon Snow and know nothing, you probably have no idea what this whole Game of Thrones hysteria is all about. If that’s the case, you can catch up on the entire series with up to 50 percent off seasons 1 through 7. The seasons are available in both SD and HD, with different price points for each.
That should all work wonders on getting you ready for Sunday. However, nothing gets me as pumped for Game of Thrones like watching Kit Harington (a.k.a. Jon Snow) teach me the wonders of making tea. Check it out below if you want to get as pumped as me:
