The Samsung Galaxy Watch.

VentureBeat reported today that Samsung’s One UI is now rolling out to its Galaxy Watch, Gear S3, and Gear Sport smartwatches. One UI was already available on the Galaxy Watch Active.

Apart from new graphics and animations, the new interface is cleaner and less cluttered than previous iterations. Also included are the ability to tap the screen to turn it on, outdoor swim tracking for the Galaxy Watch, detailed sleep tracking, and daily summaries of health activities within Samsung Health.

Galaxy Watch, Gear S3, and Gear Sport owners also get access to watch faces that were only available for the Galaxy Watch Active. You can use the Galaxy Wearable app to grab the watch faces.

Finally, some smartwatch owners might see battery life improvements on their devices.

To get the update, open the Galaxy Wearable app and go to the Home tab. From there, go to the About Watch section and tap on Check For Update. Don’t worry if you don’t see the update yet — availability differs based on where you live, your smartwatch model, and mobile operators.
