New Disney and Pixar wallpapers make clever use of the Galaxy S10’s punch hole display

If you’re looking for wallpapers that cleverly disguise the Galaxy S10’s punch hole display, Samsung announced this past Friday a handful of new Disney and Pixar wallpapers.

The wallpapers feature characters from Frozen, The Incredibles, Zootopia, and the Mickey Mouse animated TV show. All of them incorporate the punch hole in some way, with the Mickey Mouse wallpaper hiding it in the famous mouse’s left ear. Olaf turns the punch hole into one of his buttons.

You can grab the new wallpapers for free from the Galaxy Store app. The initial offering is only for the Galaxy S10 and S10e, with more options coming soon. Samsung didn’t say if it’ll release Disney and Pixar wallpapers compatible with the Galaxy S10 Plus.

However, Samsung said that it’ll expand its current wallpaper options through different collaborations “in the near future.”

Since the Galaxy S10’s launch back in February, fans and developers have come up with different ways to creatively use the phone’s punch hole display. One app turns the punch hole into a notification ring, while another turns it into a battery indicator. There’s even an app that grabs compatible wallpapers from Reddit, if you’re not a fan of Samsung’s offerings.
