Earlier today, an unnamed Motorola smartphone surfaced on the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) database with model number XT2041-1. This same smartphone also passed through the Wi-Fi Alliance in October.

According to the FCC documents, the phone features a 5,000mAh battery and measures 157.9 x 75.8mm. The front measures 165mm, which means the phone might have a 6.2- or 6.3-inch display. Lastly, the phone runs Android 10 out of the box.

The documents didn’t state the phone’s name. However, there’s talk the phone is the rumored Motorola Moto G8 Power. According to XDA Developers Editor-in-Chief Mishaal Rahman on Twitter, the Moto G8 Power is code-named “sofia” and features the same Snapdragon 665 processor found in the Moto G8 Plus.

If real, the Moto G8 Power would be the follow-up to this year’s Moto G7 Power. For reference, the Moto G7 Power features a 6.2-inch HD+ display, the Snapdragon 632, 3GB of RAM, and 32 or 64GB of expandable storage. The phone gets its name from the huge 5,000mAh battery.
